Some people are happy with a simple bath tub. Others prefer a more luxurious and relaxing experience. This can be obtained even if you don't have enough space for a large whirlpool or hot tub since many retailers now offer corner bath tubs. You can get these tubs in sizes that seat from one to three people. These triangle tubs can be purchased with our without additional features like whirlpools or air jets.
Corner bath tubs usually do not come cheap. One of the less expensive options available is the simple drop in tubs available from Simply Bathtubs that are priced around $1,000. The smaller version is 19" deep and measures 48 by 48 inches. For about $100 more you can get a two seat version that is slightly deeper at 21" and has slightly longer 60 by 60 inch sides. For a little more money you can turn this tub into a whirlpool or have 16 air jets put in. You can get this tub in a number of colors including white, black, ice gray, biscuit, bone, Mexican sand or sandbar.
For those who want a lot of different color options, Simply Bathtubs sells the Dual Corner Whirlpool Bathtub in 44 different colors so you can match any decor. The tub has 6 jets that are individually adjustable and costs $2,139.99. It is also pretty deep at 23 inches, with sides measuring 59.75 inches each.
People who want higher end corner bath tubs can get the Le Magnifique Whirlpool Bathtub, which is available from the Bath Shower Store. This 62 ½ inch by 62 ½ inch tub comes in 8 different colors (white, black, sterling silver, linen, almond, biscuit, bone, and innocent blush) and includes an in-line heater, a tranquility waterfall, and digital controls. For $6,100 you get the basic set up which includes 4 adjust-a-flow jets, 35 Aero-ssage jets, 8 cluster jets, 2 RotoSwirl jets, and 2 Vittasage jets.
Bathtub Universe also sells some mid-range price corner bath tubs. For approximately $3,100 you can get the Santa Cruz Corner Whirlpool which measures 60 inches by 60 inches and has a depth of 25.5 inches. The color options include almond, biscuit, and white, and the tub comes with lumbar support, a silent pre-heated air induction system, 9 jets that are directional and flow adjustable, and three different flow rates you can adjust using the tri-ssuage control. If you would like to upgrade to 16 jets you can spend another $1,500 to get the Caribbean Corner Whirlpool, which otherwise has all the same features as the Santa Cruz Corner Whirlpool.
